These workouts are designed to challenge your entire body — using only your bodyweight. That means you can train anytime, anywhere — at home, on holiday, or wherever life takes you.
Each session takes about 30 minutes, making it easy to fit into even the busiest day.
No counting endless reps — instead, exercises are timed, so you can work at your own level. Just start the timer, focus on great form, and push yourself as you go.
Here’s how your 6 weeks will flow:
✅ Weeks 1–3: Warm-up → full-body circuit → core superset to build strength and endurance.
✅ Weeks 4–6: Progressive overload — group similar muscles together for higher intensity and better results.
