WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS DO I NEED TO BE TO JOIN?

B-FITT caters to all fitness levels. It is my job as a training specialist to train ALL levels. B-FITT has been conducting fitness challenges globally for nearly 3 years so we have a lot of experience in training beginner, intermediate to advanced levels of fitness.

WHEN WILL THE FIRST PAYMENT BE TAKEN?

You pay a non-refundable payment to secure your place in the challenge at the end of the month before the challenge starts. This will be a ONCE OFF payment.

I HAVE A PRE-EXISTING INJURY. CAN YOU MODIFY EXERCISES FOR ME?

Yes. You as the client need to inform me, the trainer of what the injury limitations are before starting. Alternative exercises can be given, and clients are urged to “listen” to their bodies and never push past pain.

WILL I BE GIVEN A NUTRITIONAL PLAN?

Yes. You will receive weekly B-FITT Meal Plans which include various separate meal plans. They are gold, so make sure you read through them thoroughly and stick to the concept of the plan!

I AM A VEGETARIAN/VEGAN, WILL THIS PLAN SUIT ME?

Yes. I have included vegetarian/vegan meal plans / recipes in the meal plan and also offer meat alternatives.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?

You can expect to see results within 3-6 weeks if you are sticking to the plan 100%. Results include weight loss, increased energy, enhanced moods, clearer skin and general overall health.

HOW TO TAKE BEFORE & AFTER PICTURES PROPERLY?

Stand up straight. Ensure that your face and body are well-lit.

Make sure that a piece of paper with the code is CLEARLY visible with the phrase ‘B-FITT {Insert Your challenge}  challenge’ is present in the photo, also include the unique number that will be given to you once you enter the challenge.

Then turn to the side and take a picture of the side of your body. 

Please don’t take selfies, and stand in front of a plain background/wall.
