If you’re new to strength training — or coming back after a break — the Strong Start: 12-Week Dumbbell Plan is the perfect way to establish a solid foundation, grow stronger every week, and feel confident with movement — all while training from home or in the gym with just a set of dumbbells.
This program takes you through three smart, progressive phases so you can train safely, get stronger, and actually stick with it:
✅ Phase 1 — Form First: Focus on movement quality, mind-muscle connection, and controlled volume to master the basics.
✅ Phase 2 — Build Strength: Shift into heavier loads & lower reps to develop power and confidence.
✅ Phase 3 — Focus & Fire: Add supersets & time-under-tension techniques to boost endurance and feel a new level of strength.
Each week, you’ll train 3 structured sessions:

🔥 Upper Pull — back, biceps, posture
